José Luis Chávez reclama más minutos en el Atlas
El futbolista boliviano José Luis Chávez, centrocampista del Atlas mexicano, dijo hoy que le hacen falta minutos de juego para tomar confianza y hacerse con un puesto en el once titular del equipo.
Chávez, refuerzo del Atlas para el Clausura mexicano, apenas acumula 17 minutos de juego en el torneo, participó en el partido ante Tigres de la tercera jornada y busca sumar más tiempo.
"El técnico quiere que yo tome más confianza con el balón. Es cierto, me falta confianza porque no he venido jugando, pero con minutos en la cancha eso pasa y podré demostrar el fútbol que yo sé hacer", declaró Chávez a medios.
El boliviano, de 26 años, comentó que la relación con el técnico es la misma que con el resto de sus compañeros.
"Todos sabemos que va alinear al que esté mejor y los que están jugando están haciendo las cosas bien, situación que me deja un poco de lado, pero siempre pensando en que puedo iniciar", contó.
Chávez, exjugador del Blooming y del Universitario de Sucre bolivianos, consideró que los jugadores suplentes han presionado a los titulares para que tengan un mejor rendimiento.
"Si ellos se relajan, el rendimiento del equipo no sería el mismo y ahora ello están jugando bien y a nosotros no toca esperar", dijo.
El Atlas, cuarto lugar con trece unidades, recibe mañana al Monterrey, undécimo con once, por la cuarta jornada del Clausura.
